Stream Egypt was established in 2018 with a clear purpose: to deliver world-class water and wastewater treatment solutions to Egypt’s growing infrastructure needs.
Building on Alltech’s presence in Egypt since 1998, we combined German engineering precision with deep local expertise to serve government authorities, water companies, and industrial clients across 20+ governorates.
